Background:
Dr ABE, Taiwo Oluwasola, a blacksmith by parental training started as a Farm Manager in 1990 at Ben-Joe Farm and Agro-allied produce, Ido-Ekiti. Proceed to Technical College in 1991 where he obtained Trade Test III, II, I, and WASC Technical Certificate in General Welding and Fabrication. He joined the Nail industry in 1993 at Adediran Steel and Wire Industry, Ilesa, Osun State, he later rose to the post of foreman (dies polisher) at Delko Nail Industry, Akure. He joined the service of the Federal University of Technology, Akure in July 1999 as a Laboratory Assistant in the Chemistry Department where he rose to the post of Laboratory supervisor before he became Technologist II through a fresh appointment in September 2011. He has his entire post-secondary school career up to a Ph.D. in Industry Chemistry in 2018 through self-sponsorship. He is a trained Laboratory manager, He has contributed to the establishment of analytical, environmental, and polymer laboratories as well as an understanding of underutilized tuber, seed, and lignocellulose waste beneficiation through publications and training. His research interest now is in the area of Waste Utilization, Biopolymers, and their application. He had published seventeen articles in reputable journals. Married to Elizabeth Funmilola and blessed with three children: Joy, John, and Joel.
